随着改革开放进程,安保社会化已成趋势。现承担社会化安保工作的主体繁多,保安公司、物业公司从业人员的素质参差不齐,疾控中心与托管主体之间的权利义务关系没有可参照的先例,如何理顺与保安服务公司关系4个方面,对现阶段安保社会化状况进行评估。并从认真谋划疾控中心安保社会化的工作、慎重选择合适保安服务公司、规范双方的权利义务、齐抓共管把疾控中心治安安全落到实处4个方面,对疾控中心安保社会化的问题进行了探讨。
With the reform and opening up process, social security has become a trend. Nowadays, there are many subjects that undertake social security work. The quality of practitioners in security companies and property companies is uneven. The rights and obligations between the CDC and trusteeship are not precedent cases.
