自1990年元月份以来,我院治疗病毒性肝炎145例。出现严重呕吐者24例,占16.6%,用灭吐灵针双侧内关穴注射,症状好转,食欲增加,一治疗方法用75%酒精消毒皮肤,将2毫升注射器吸取灭吐灵注射液10毫克,采用6号或6(1/2)号针头垂直插入,待有针感后,行双侧内关穴注射,每侧各注射灭吐灵5毫克,每日一次,连用三天。二治疗效果本组24例经三次穴位注射后,呕吐症状很快缓解,饮食恢复,整个治疗过程中无一例再次发生呕吐者。
