目的采用紫外分光光度法测定ET-26盐酸盐的离解常数(p Ka)。方法将ET-26盐酸盐溶于系列BrittonRobinson缓冲溶液中,并选择在ET-26盐酸盐适合的波长处分别测定其吸光度并计算其p Ka值。结果 ET-26盐酸盐的p Ka值为4.14。结论所用方法操作简单易行、结果准确可靠。ET-26盐酸盐的p Ka测定结果对进一步研究ET-26盐酸盐的制剂研究及其在生物体内的吸收、分布和代谢过程具有重要的意义。
Objective To determine the dissociation constant (p Ka) of ET-26 hydrochloride by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods ET-26 hydrochloride was dissolved in a series of BrittonRobinson buffer and its absorbance was measured and its pKa value was determined at the appropriate wavelength of ET-26 hydrochloride. Results The p Ka value of ET-26 hydrochloride was 4.14. Conclusion The method used is simple and easy to operate, the result is accurate and reliable. The p Ka determination of ET-26 hydrochloride is of great importance for the further study of the preparation of ET-26 hydrochloride and its absorption, distribution and metabolism in vivo.
