本文报道了血红蛋白的光谱电化学研究。在氯化钠、磷酸缓冲溶液中,用N-甲基吩嗪甲基硫酸盐作媒介物,以提高血红蛋白在金网电极上氧化还原反应的速率。测定了人血红蛋白和牛血红蛋白的式电位(E~0′)和电子转移数(n)。
This paper reports the spectroscopic electrochemical study of hemoglobin. In sodium chloride, phosphate buffer solution, with N-methyl phenazine methyl sulfate as a vehicle to increase the rate of hemoglobin redox reaction at the gold mesh electrode. The potentials (E ~ 0 ’) and electron transfer numbers (n) of human hemoglobin and bovine hemoglobin were measured.
