为了观察EGR对排放的影响,利用以低温、预混合燃烧新概念工作的4缸直喷式柴油机进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,延长滞燃期要求大量EGR、推迟喷油定时和较高的涡流比。采用大口径环形燃烧室可避免燃油耗和可溶性有机物质(SOF)增加。以上述应用EGR的发动机进行的试验证明,新燃烧概念可同时降低NO_x和颗粒排放。
In order to observe the effect of EGR on emissions, a pilot study was conducted on a 4-cylinder direct-injection diesel engine operating with a new concept of low-temperature, premixed combustion. The experimental results show that extending the retarding period requires a large amount of EGR, delaying the injection timing and a higher swirl ratio. Large-diameter annular combustor avoids increased fuel consumption and soluble organic matter (SOF). Experiments conducted on the engines using EGR described above demonstrate that the new combustion concept can reduce NO x and particulate emissions at the same time.
