前不久,广州市公安局起草了《广州市拾遗物品管理规定》<征求意见稿>,拾金不昧者可按遗失物品价值10%的金额受到奖励,大家对此争论激烈。拾金不昧物质奖励是否可行?王乃偲(天津南开中学):我觉得可操作性不强。如果遗失者不愿奖励,拾遗者难免心中不痛快。谈不妥价格,双方可能发生争执、恶语相向,甚至对簿公堂。好事也会变坏事。
