电机参数的测量,特别是动态参数的实时检测,对于判断电机好坏是不可缺少的依据,而其参数的检测精度又是衡量电机质量优劣的主要标准。本文主要介绍应用微机对中小型电机参数进行实时检测系统的实现方法,本系统的特点是:精度高、速度快、简便、直观,并且还可以将检测结果以汉字表格形式实时打印记录以资分析和存档。其次,本系统还对部分前级检测电路的参数进行检测和补偿、这对提高系统本身的可靠性和精度是十分有益的。
The measurement of the motor parameters, especially the real-time detection of the dynamic parameters, is indispensable for judging the quality of the motor. The detection accuracy of the parameters is the main criterion for measuring the quality of the motor. This paper mainly introduces the realization of real-time detection system of small and medium-sized motor parameters by using microcomputer. The system is characterized by high precision, fast speed, simple and intuitive, and can also test results in Chinese form real-time printing records for analysis And archive. Second, the system also detects and compensates some of the parameters of the previous stage detection circuit, which is very useful to improve the reliability and accuracy of the system itself.
