系统性硬化症(SSc)发病机制还未完全阐明。近年一些研究发现氧化应激在其发病机制中起着重要作用,因此,探讨氧化应激在SSc中的产生及作用将为治疗提供新思路。
The pathogenesis of systemic sclerosis (SSc) has not been fully elucidated. In recent years, some studies found that oxidative stress plays an important role in the pathogenesis of oxidative stress. Therefore, to explore the production and the role of oxidative stress in SSc will provide new ideas for the treatment.
