目的为了预防与控制社区居民的行为危险因素,探讨去除社区居民行为危险因素的措施,对柳州市部分社区居民进行了社区居民行为危险因素的调查分析与研究。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,对2397名社区居民通过自填问卷的方式进行了调查。结果社区居民30.3%的人错误地认为能吃、能睡、能工作,没有疾病就是健康(消极的健康观),低文化人群(初中及以下)高于高文化人群。社区居民中男、女及整体吸烟率分别为41.6%、3.7%、24.2%;男、女及整体饮酒率分别为44.7%、4.7%、26.3%;吸烟率和饮酒率最高的职业是男性个体经营者(52.6%、50.7%),其次是男性工人(46.2%、46.8%)。社区居民中从不锻炼身体及从不吃早餐的比率分别为31.4%、33.0%;男性居民赞同性开放的态度明显高于女性(34.6%、24.8%)。结论柳州市社区居民存在多种健康相关的危险行为,应从政府、社会和家庭,开展相关健康教育并制定干预措施,加强危险因素教育,防止或减少危害健康行为的发生,以提高社区居民健康水平。
Objectives To prevent and control behavioral risk factors of community residents, to explore measures to remove behavioral risk factors of community residents, and to investigate and analyze behavioral risk factors of community residents in some community residents in Liuzhou City. Methods Using stratified random sampling method, 2397 community residents were investigated by self-administered questionnaires. As a result, 30.3% of residents in the community erroneously believed that they could eat, sleep, and work. No disease was health (negative health concept). Low-cultural population (below junior high school and below) was higher than high-cultural population. The overall smoking rate among males, females and overall residents in the community was 41.6%, 3.7% and 24.2% respectively; the males, females and the overall drinking rate were 44.7%, 4.7% and 26.3% respectively; the occupations with the highest smoking and drinking rates were male individuals. Operators (52.6%, 50.7%), followed by male workers (46.2%, 46.8%). The proportion of residents in the community who did not exercise and never eat breakfast was 31.4% and 33.0%, respectively; the attitude of male residents in favor of sexual opening was significantly higher than that of women (34.6%, 24.8%). Conclusion There are many health-related dangerous behaviors among community residents in Liuzhou City. It is necessary to carry out relevant health education and formulate intervention measures from the government, society and family, strengthen the education of risk factors, prevent or reduce the occurrence of harmful health behaviors, and improve the health of community residents. .
