用液电冲击波等治疗方法，治疗各种原因引起的陈旧性尿道狭窄１６０例、尿道闭塞４０例，总治愈率９２％。认为，尿道狭窄长度＜２．５ｃｍ者首选腔内技术；尿道闭塞或复杂性尿道狭窄伴有尿道轴线变异严重或合并憩室、假道和尿瘘者，选用开放手术或尿道瘢痕电切术，亦可联合使用两种方法，以提高疗效。为临床选择陈旧性尿道狭窄和闭塞治疗方法提供了依据。
