目的调查湖北省2012-2013两年血吸虫病重点水域的水体感染性,探讨哨鼠监测在血吸虫病监测预警系统中的作用。方法选择长江、汉北河、府河3大水系设立哨鼠监测预警点。汛期(5~6月,9~10月)采用哨鼠监测法检测水体的感染性。调查哨鼠监测点周边村组历年疫情资料,同时观察滩面人畜活动情况。小鼠饲养35 d后解剖,对出现感染性水体的区域启动应急响应机制。结果 2012年,长江、汉北河2大水系10个监测点未发现感染性哨鼠,感染率为0。2013年,长江、汉北河和府河3大水系12个监测点共检出1个阳性监测点,阳性点检出率为8.33%。回收的哨鼠全部解剖,检出阳性哨鼠3只,检获血吸虫7条,哨鼠总感染率为1.31%,阳性鼠平均虫荷为2.33条/鼠。发现的1个哨鼠阳性点启动了应急响应机制,未出现血吸虫病重大疫情。结论哨鼠监测法可及时提供预警信息,是湖北省血吸虫病重点水域现场监测系统的重要组成部分。
Objective To investigate the water infectivity of schistosomiasis in key areas of Hubei Province during 2012-2013 and to explore the role of the sentinel surveillance in early warning system of schistosomiasis surveillance. Methods The Yangtze River, Hanbei River and Fuhe River were selected to set up the monitoring and early warning points of the sentinel mice. Flood season (May to June, September to October) the use of sentinel monitoring method to detect water infectivity. Surveillance sentinel monitoring sites around the village group over the years epidemic data, while observing beach activities of human and animal. After 35 days of feeding, the mice were dissected and the emergency response mechanism was activated in the area where infectious water appeared. Results In 2012, no infectious semen was detected at 10 monitoring points in the two major river systems of the Yangtze River and Hanbei River, and the infection rate was 0. In 2013, one positive point was detected at 12 monitoring points in the three major river systems of the Yangtze River, Han River and Fu River Monitoring points, the positive point detection rate was 8.33%. The recovered sentinel rats were all anatomized, 3 were found positive sentinel, seized 7 schistosomes, the total infection rate of sentinel was 1.31%, positive mice average load of worms 2.33 / mouse. Found a positive point of the sentinel emergency response mechanism started, no major epidemic of schistosomiasis. Conclusion The sentinel monitoring method can provide early warning information in time and is an important part of on-site monitoring system for schistosomiasis in Hubei Province.
