取消木材统购统销,是我国木材经营管理体制的重大改革,也给我省集体林区的木材生产、经营带来了活跃的局面。1986年3～4月间,我们从昆明出发,沿滇缅公路向西行,经过楚雄、大理、保山、腾冲等地直抵中缅边境的盈江县昔马海关,全程1000公里。对沿途木材市场做了调研性考察。并对滇缅路南北两侧的临沧地区和丽江地区的几处木材自由市场做了实地了解,现将对滇西木材市场的认识和分析综述如下。
Canceling the purchase and marketing of lumber is a major reform of the timber management system in our country. From March to April 1986, we departed from Kunming and headed west along the Yunnan-Burma Highway, passing Ximao Customs in Yingjiang County, passing through Chuxiong, Dali, Baoshan and Tengchong areas for 1,000 kilometers. And on the Burma Road, north and south sides of Lincang and Lijiang area several wood market made a free understanding of the wood, timber market in Yunnan will now be aware of and analysis are summarized below.
