目的:观察冠心病患者血浆小而密集低密度脂蛋白(sd-LDLc)水平,探讨sd-LDLc与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:按照试验入选标准收集我院近年门诊或住院患者131例。其中,隐匿型57例,心绞痛型46例,心肌梗死型28例。应用美国贝克曼公司CX5全自动生化分析仪检测血浆sd-LDLc水平,观察各组间的sd-LDLc数值变化,结果进行相关统计学方法分析,了解sd-LDLc对冠心病的影响及临床意义。结果:sd-LDLc与冠状动脉粥样硬化的病变程度成正相关,(p<0.01)。结论:血浆sd-LDLc与冠状动脉粥样硬化有密切联系,对于预测冠心病的严重程度有一定的临床意义。
Objective: To observe the plasma levels of sd-LDLc in patients with coronary heart disease and to investigate the relationship between sd-LDLc and coronary atherosclerosis. Methods: 131 cases of outpatients or inpatients in our hospital in recent years were collected according to the selected criteria. Among them, occult type 57 cases, angina type 46 cases, myocardial infarction type 28 cases. The plasma level of sd-LDLc was detected by the Beckman CX5 automatic biochemical analyzer. The changes of sd-LDLc in each group were observed. The results were analyzed by statistical methods to understand the effect of sd-LDLc on coronary heart disease and its clinical significance. Results: There was a positive correlation between sd-LDLc and the severity of coronary atherosclerosis (p <0.01). Conclusion: Plasma sd-LDLc is closely related to coronary atherosclerosis, which has some clinical significance for predicting the severity of coronary heart disease.
