在六五计划开始的1980年,省委发出十年绿化湖北的战斗号令。在各级政府领导下,全省军民和林业科技人员共同奋战了七年,每年以数百万亩面积的造林速度推进了我省林业生产的发展,成绩显著,不容低估。但是,在少效地方确实存在年年造林不见林的现象,主要原因是,这些地方只追求数量,不讲究质量,只追求投资,不讲究效果,这种现象在各地累见不鲜,是影响我省林业发展速度的要害问题之一。本文对提高造林成活率做了一些卓有成效的工作,从中我们可以得到一些启发和借鉴。 In the beginning of the Sixth Five-Year Plan, in 1980, the provincial party committee issued a battle order for greening Hubei for ten years.
