本文以问卷调查的形式,对广西中小学教师在职培训的效度进行了调查与分析,以期为制定科学合理的中小学教师在职培训策略,完善中小学教师在职培训制度提供依据。
This paper investigates and analyzes the validity of on-the-job training of primary and secondary school teachers in Guangxi in the form of questionnaire, in order to provide a basis for formulating a scientific and reasonable on-the-job training strategy for primary and secondary school teachers and perfecting primary and secondary school teachers’ on-the-job training system.
