目标 当业界盛行“上ERP是找死,不上是等死”的经典理论时,江苏公司却坚信ERP对管理的推动作用,颇有一点置之死地而后生的味道。正因此,江苏公司为ERP工程设立的总体日标是建立全新的企业经营管理理念,优化企业业务流程,建立科学的管理模式、组织结构和绩效考核体系,建设统一的信息平台,降低企业运营成本,提升企业管理水平,增强企业核心竞争能力,提高企业经营效益。也就是说,按照ERP理念,运用ERP手段,促进江苏公司管理体制、运行机制的改革,培育江苏公司的核心竞争能力。这一目标具体围绕以下几部分展开:
