通脉舒络液是我院附院内科和药剂科根据中医理论于1978年试制成功的治疗脑血栓形成的中药静脉滴注剂。根据5年多来的几百例临床观察证实疗效较好。从已总结的110例的临床报告看,本制剂对脑血栓形成的治愈率为47.3%,总有效率为98.2%(1)。为了推广应用这一新型中药制剂,我们对通脉舒络液进行了抗凝血和毒性研究。
Tongmaishuluo liquid is a traditional Chinese medicine intravenous infusion agent for the treatment of cerebral thrombosis in the Department of Internal Medicine and pharmacy of the Affiliated Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in accordance with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in 1978. According to several hundred clinical observations over five years, it has proved that the curative effect is better. From the 110 clinical reports that have been summarized, the cure rate of this preparation for cerebral thrombosis is 47.3%, and the total effective rate is 98.2% (1). In order to promote the use of this new type of Chinese medicine preparation, we conducted anticoagulant and toxicity studies on Tongmaishuluo liquid.
