感冒舒系河南医学院于真玲根据中医理论和临床治疗经验拟定的中药方剂,在临床上治疗病毒性感冒有较好疗效。为弄清该药有否抑制病毒作用,我们在鸡胚内做了流感病毒抑制试验,并用金刚烷胺作为对照。结果与讨论 1、感冒舒浸膏的浓度在每毫升1.058克时,对两种病毒均有明显的抑制作用。经统计学处理有特别显著性差异(P<0.01)。当浓度降低为每毫升0.529克及0.265克时仍有一定的抑制作用(抑制率27～100％)。说明抑制病毒的能力和药物量有一定关系。 2、感冒舒浸膏对两种不同型的流感病毒无明显选择性作用。提示该药在临床上可能对甲_1及甲_3引起的流感都有疗效。 3、感冒舒浸膏抑制病毒的能力与病毒的感染量有关。在病毒攻击量较小时(100EID_(50)),即使是低浓度药物也有明显的抑制作用。说明病毒感染
