研究了异丙等静脉麻醉药对大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞转化功能的影响。发现异丙酚无明显作用，而硫喷妥钠的抑制作用最强（Ｐ＜０．０１）；后者对青年组的抑制还明显重于老年组。这种作用可能与白介素有关。
The effect of isoprenaline anesthesia on the spleen lymphocyte transformation in rats was studied. It was found that propofol had no significant effect, while thiopental sodium had the strongest inhibitory effect (P <0.01). The inhibition of the latter in the youth group was also significantly higher than that in the elderly group. This effect may be related to interleukin.
