随着我区普通高中教育改革的不断深入,学校间生源竞争的不断加剧,本校优质生源的不断外流,使处于边远山区的我校生源质量越来越差,学困生已经成为我校生存和发展的一个突出问题。从最近几年学生语文基本能力和基本功的不断滑坡情况来看,要想改变语文教学的这一困境,必须重新从更高的层面上想办法,寻找方法和途径解决这一棘手的问题。
