不育系的花粉育性是不育性状的主要标志。我们在多年的实践中观察到,不育系的花粉育性容易受环境条件尤其是温度的影响。1986年,我们进行了一组试验,以探讨杂交水稻不育系的花粉育性变化,及其这种变化与温度的关系。 一、材料和方法 (一)材料:选用本所提纯的七个高代不育系,即:V20A(野败型)、77ABA(栽野型)、75785A (野败型)、二九矮四号A(野败型)、691A(普野细胞质)、珍汕97A(野败型)、D汕A(Dissi细胞质)。 (二)方法:七个不育系为处理,分三批播,即重复三次。田间随机排列,栽培管理一致。
Pollen fertility of CMS lines is the main marker of CMS.
