随着我国经济的不断发展和综合国力的不断提升,教育事业的发展被注入了新的发展活力。新课标理念改革的不断深入和推进给本科篮球教育中体育教师队伍提出了越来越高的要求。只有专业技能高且综合素质较强的体育教师队伍才能满足本科篮球教育的相关要求,培养和锻炼学生的篮球技能,为国家培养体育人才。然而在本科篮球教育中的体育教育队伍素质较低,仍然存在着很多问题亟待解决。因此,必须加强对高素质体育教师队伍的建立和完善。本文着重分析了体育教师在本科篮球教育中的重要性,并提出了些意见和看法,以便供广大相关人员参考。
