目的:了解鼓楼区托幼机构保健人员现状,进一步提高辖区内托幼机构卫生保健工作质量。方法:对辖区内43所托幼机构的保健人员基本情况进行调查。结果:鼓楼区托幼机构保健人员整体水平较高,专职保健人员达95.6%,57.4%具有卫技医护学历,有较为丰富的工作经验,卫生保健水平处于南京市领先地位。但各类性质托幼机构中保健人员学历层次不齐,专业构成不合理;托幼机构保健人员配置不到位,尤其医护专业的保健人员配置不足,执业医师持证率低,年龄结构有老化趋势。结论:托幼机构需按园所规模,配备足够的具有医学专业知识的保健人员,并加强对托幼机构保健人员的队伍建设;保健机构加强对集体、私有性质的托幼机构的业务指导,加大对保健人员业务培训,提高托幼机构保健工作的质量。
Objectives: To understand the status quo of nurses in kindergartens and nurseries in Gulou district and to further improve the quality of health care in kindergartens and nurseries in the area. Methods: To investigate the basic situation of health workers in 43 institutions under their jurisdiction. Results: The overall level of caregivers of nurseries in Gulou District was higher. The number of full-time health care workers was 95.6%. 57.4% of them had technical qualifications. They had a wealth of work experience, and their health care level was at the leading position in Nanjing. However, all kinds of nurses and kindergartens in all kinds of nature have different levels of educational background, and the composition of the profession is not reasonable. The allocation of health personnel in kindergartens and nurseries is not in place. In particular, the health professionals in the health care profession are under-allocated, the licensed rate of practicing doctors is low, and the age structure is aging . Conclusion: The nurseries and kindergartens should be equipped with enough health professionals with medical expertise according to the size of the garden and to strengthen the team building of nurses and nurses. The health care institutions should strengthen their operational guidance to nurseries and nurseries of collective and private nature, Increase the business training for health workers and improve the quality of child care institutions health care.
