合肥锻压机床厂自行设计制造的HD-005型35吨单柱校直液压机现已小批投产。该机为单柱开式结构,机身直立布置,外形整齐美观,并有一套校直附具(见封二③)。该机采用脚踏(或手柄)方式进行调压,行程可调,工作速度较高,进退灵敏,操作方便。该机主要用来对轴类零件进行校直,特别适用于对淬火轴类在磨削前的校正工作。此外,也可以用来完成压装、简单成形等工艺。主要技术规格如下:
Hefei forging machine tool plant designed and manufactured HD-005 35 tons of single-column hydraulic straightening machine has been put into operation in small batches. The machine pedal (or handle) way to regulate pressure, adjustable stroke, high work speed, forward and backward sensitive, easy to operate.
