王宝来系天津武警指挥学校训练部部长,长期从事射击教学研究。1993年9月,王宝来曾在北京武警部队以独创的“轻机枪正面散布射”方法为江泽民主席及中央领导进行表演,在教学研究中曾创造了“轻武器射击五五四三细训法”,并在《轻兵器》杂志上发表了《威沃尔式改进型手枪射击法》等十几篇文章。王部长是《轻兵器》的老朋友,十几年来一直关心着《轻兵器》的发展,并提出了很多宝贵意见。本刊记者借去年初冬王宝来部长到北京之际,就反恐装备以及有关射击训练问题对他进行了采访。
Wang Bao-lai is the Tianjin Armed Police Command School Training Minister, has long been engaged in shooting teaching and research.
