目的通过调查安阳县疟疾防治人员工作现状,为疟疾防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用对疟防人员问卷调查、疟防知识闭卷测试及实践技能操作相结合的方法进行数据分析。结果安阳县疟疾防治人员队伍不稳定、待遇偏低、疟防知识、血片制作及血片判断准确率偏低。结论当前安阳县疟防人员队伍不稳定,从业人员疟防知识应知应会率偏低,血片制作及判断水平有待提高。
Objective To investigate the status quo of malaria prevention and control workers in Anyang County and provide scientific evidence for malaria prevention and control measures. Methods The data were analyzed by questionnaire of malaria prevention, malaria prevention curricular closed-book test and practical skills operation. Results The team of malaria prevention and control workers in Anyang County was unstable and under-treated. The accuracy of malaria prevention knowledge, blood film making and blood film diagnosis was low. Conclusion At present, the anti-malarial staff in Anyang County is unstable. The malaria prevention knowledge among employees should be known to be low, and the level of making and judging blood films needs to be improved.
