在介绍滚耙装载机负载敏感压力补偿液压系统工作原理的基础上,结合AMESim仿真软件建立液压系统的仿真模型,通过对滚耙装载机几个典型工况的仿真分析,验证液压系统中负载敏感变量泵的控制特性和压力补偿回路的工作特性。仿真研究方法对液压系统设计和优化具有重要意义。
Based on introducing the working principle of load-sensitive pressure compensation hydraulic system of roller-rake loader and combining with AMESim simulation software, the simulation model of hydraulic system is established. Through the simulation analysis of several typical working conditions of roller-loader, the load sensitivity of hydraulic system is verified Variable pump control characteristics and pressure compensation circuit operating characteristics.
