番红花Crocus SativusL.柱头曾被认为有镇痛兴奋、健胃、抗瘾作用,它也曾用于治疗发热、忧郁症、脾肿大等疾病。我国主要用于通经活血、凉血解毒等方面,现代研究表明它并不只具有原认为有的药用疗效,它还能用于食品的调味及色彩添加剂,具有良好的开发前景。 1.采集加工 番红花开花期仅半月左右,为了避免阳光过热,可赶在早晨摘花,花柱与柱头要当天与花被分开,分开的方法为将采回的花朵花瓣轻轻剥开,用二手各拿三片花瓣往下剥去,把花瓣基部管状花冠剥开,取出柱头及花柱。
