目的了解广州地区海产品、淡水产品及外环境水体中溶藻弧菌污染状况,研究其毒力相关基因分布特征,为溶藻弧菌感染防治提供依据。方法采集广州市市售水产品及外环境水体标本,进行溶藻弧菌分离鉴定,对分离到的溶藻弧菌毒力相关基因toxR、Collagenase~(VP)、tox S、trh、tdh、tlh、Collagenase~(VA)、UreR、Fla A、omp W、Asp A、fur等进行实验室检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果共采集320份样品,溶藻弧菌检出率为20.31%,其中海产品的检出率最高,为26.30%,淡水产品检出率为11.67%;65株食源性和环境分离株检测到toxR、Collagenase、tlh、Fla A、omp W、Asp A、fur基因,未检测到tox S、trh、tdh、UreR基因。结论广州地区海产品、淡水产品测到及外环境水体中溶藻弧菌污染严重,其致病因子具有复杂性及独特性,需加强水产品与外环境水体的监测,做好预防控制疾病工作。
Objective To understand the status of Vibrio alginolyticus in marine products, freshwater products and external environment in Guangzhou, and to study the distribution characteristics of virulence-related genes in order to provide basis for the prevention and control of V. alginolyticus infection. Methods Samples of commercial aquatic products and external environmental water samples collected from Guangzhou were isolated and identified by Vibrio alginolyticus. ToxR, Collagenase ~ (VP), toxS, trh, tdh, tlh , Collagenase ~ (VA), UreR, Fla A, omp W, Asp A, fur and other laboratory tests, the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 320 samples were collected. The detection rate of Vibrio alginolyticus was 20.31%, of which the detection rate of seafood was the highest (26.30%) and the detection rate of freshwater products was 11.67%. The detection rate of 65 foodborne and environmental isolates ToxR, Collagenase, tlh, Fla A, omp W, Asp A, fur genes, tox S, trh, tdh, UreR genes were not detected. Conclusions In Guangzhou, freshwater aquatic products and freshwater aquatic products are seriously polluted by Vibrio alginolyticus, and their pathogenicity factors are complex and unique. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of aquatic products and external environment water and prevent and control diseases .
