目的了解浙江省各级疾病预防控制中心人员培训现状,为科学制订培训计划提供依据。方法通过问卷调查的方法对浙江省各级疾控人员开展调查,用Epidata进行数据录入和整理,用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2010年有1 584人(78.65%)外出参加过培训,未参加培训主要原因主要是不知道培训信息,占25.81%;省级疾控人员外出参加比例最低(59.54%),高级和中级职称人员外出培训率高于初级职称(χ2=85.521,P<0.001);培训以省内培训为主(68.37%),其中业务培训比例最高(41.36%);帮助最大的是国家级继续医学教育培训(64.69%),培训教学方法评价最好的是案例教学(31.99%)。结论疾控人员总体对各类培训评价较好,但仍需进一步提高培训质量。
Objective To understand the status quo of staff training in CDC at all levels in Zhejiang Province and provide the basis for making scientific training plans. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on CDC personnel at all levels in Zhejiang Province. Epidata was used for data entry and collation, and SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results In 2010, 1 584 (78.65%) went out for training. The main reason for not attending training was mainly because they did not know the training information, accounting for 25.81%. The provincial CDC went out to attend the lowest proportion (59.54%), and the senior and intermediate titles (X2 = 85.521, P <0.001). Training was mainly provincial (68.37%), with the highest proportion of business training (41.36%). The most helpful was the national continuing medical education and training (64.69%). The best evaluation of training methods is case teaching (31.99%). Conclusion The disease control personnel generally have a good evaluation of all kinds of training, but still need to further improve the quality of training.
