目的建立熊胆滴眼凝胶兔眼药代动力学研究方法,考察熊胆滴眼凝胶给药前后药物在体内的释药规律。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定眼用凝胶制剂给药后药物熊胆在家兔眼内不同时间点的滞留量和眼组织中药物含量,并与等剂量普通滴眼剂(牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠)比较。结果熊胆滴眼凝胶与普通滴眼剂中药物含量与时间曲线具有显著差异。眼用凝胶剂提高了兔眼中的药物浓度,且能延长药物在眼中的滞留时间。结论研制的新型眼用凝胶制剂具有缓释效果,且较滴眼液生物利用度显著提高。
