改革开放以来,我国经济综合实力在国际上不断提升。集团公司的发展在一定程度上有助于我国经济实力及国际地位的提升。本文首先就集团公司财务管控动态优化机制的会计要素管理以及会计管理决策构建内容进行了阐述,然后对财务管控动态优化机制的在公司日常经营中的应用进行了讨论,促进集团公司的管理人员对其财务管控机制进行改革完善。
