[目的]探讨女性结肠多发性腺瘤性息肉不同结节之间的关系。[方法]石蜡切片,HE染色后应用激光显微切割系统进行显微切割并收集目的组织,提取9例结肠多发性腺瘤性息肉DNA,经HhaⅡ消化,巢式PCR扩增,BstⅪ消化后,琼脂糖凝胶电泳显示结果。[结果]适于分析的息肉结节均为单克隆性增生,而不同息肉结节之间的关系比较复杂,其酶切带型可以完全相同(3/5),也可以完全不同(2/5)。[结论]女性结肠腺瘤性息肉大多数是单克隆性起源,多发性腺瘤性息肉可能有各自独立型以及局部侵袭型两种。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between different nodules of multiple adenomatous polyps in female colon. [Method] The paraffin sections were sliced and stained with HE by laser microdissection system for microdissection and collection of target tissues. Nine cases of colon polyadenomatous polyp DNA were extracted and digested with HhaII, nested PCR and digested with BstXI. The agar Sugar gel electrophoresis shows the result. [Results] The polyp nodules that are suitable for the analysis all have monoclonal hyperplasia, but the relationship between different polyp nodules is rather complicated. The digestion type can be exactly the same (3/5) or completely different (2 / 5). [Conclusion] The majority of adenomatous polyps in women are monoclonal origin, and multiple adenomatous polyps may have their own independent type and local invasive type.
