重庆市普通高中新课改于2010年正式启动,迄今为止仍有相当一部分教师不能适应新课改背景下的英语教学。英语教师在课程理念的认同、课程知识的储备、教材观念的变革、教学方式的转变、评价方式的建构等方面还存在不适应现象。本文从上述不适应情况出发,提出了一些具体的改进措施,以便让普通高中英语教师能在新课程背景情境下尽快的适应新课改,更快的实现自己的专业发展。
The New Curriculum Reform for Ordinary High Schools in Chongqing Officially Launched in 2010, so far a considerable number of teachers still can not adapt to English teaching in the context of the new Curriculum Reform. English teachers are still not suited to the concept of curriculum, the reserve of course knowledge, the change of teaching concept, the transformation of teaching methods and the construction of evaluation methods. Based on the above situation, this paper puts forward some concrete measures for improvement so that ordinary high school English teachers can adapt themselves to the new curriculum reform as soon as possible and realize their professional development faster.
