换能器是声波测井仪器的重要组成部分,利用ANSYS有限元软件包可以对声波测井仪器所需的换能器进行设计.数值模拟了弯曲振子声波换能器在空气中不同机械边界条件下的振动模态,结果显示不同的机械边界条件影响相同频带内的振动模态个数和同一振动模态的频率.根据模拟结果和实验所需,设计、制作了声波测井弯曲振子换能器.对制作的弯曲振子的振动模态进行了实验室测量,并与数值模拟结果进行了对比分析,两者的基频的一致性较好.数值模拟结果可以对设计、制作和正确安装弯曲振子声源起到良好的指导作用.
Transducer is an important part of sonic logging instrument. The finite element software package of ANSYS can design the transducers required by sonic logging tools. Numerical simulations of different mechanical boundary conditions of airborne bending transducers The results show that different mechanical boundary conditions affect the number of vibration modes and the frequency of the same vibration mode in the same frequency band.According to the simulation results and experimental requirements, The vibration modes of the flexural vibrator made by the experiment were measured by the laboratory and compared with the numerical simulation results, the consistency of the fundamental frequency was good.The results of numerical simulation can be used to design, manufacture and correct bending The vibrator sound source plays a good guiding role.
