我院在党的正确领导下,在全国人民大跃进的鼓舞下,通过“双反”运动,横扫七气和大整大改,全院工作人员掀起了朝气蓬勃的新气象,工作干劲空前的高涨;在挖掘潜力、减轻人民负担、保证医疗质量的前提下,发展了数以倍计的人民保健事业,并制订了1958年工作跃进规划39条。一切为了病人全心全意为病人服务一、满足病人需要,便利病人就医:取消门诊限额,取消原星期三、五下午停诊制,并在目前先行开放星期六晚、星期日上午门诊。与此同时,在原有门诊三班制的基础上改为:
