目的建立UHPLC法同时测定复方丁香油涂剂中丁香酚和樟脑的含量。方法采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液(58∶42),检测波长:285 nm,流速:0.2 ml·min-1,柱温:25℃。结果丁香酚、樟脑分别在27.48~274.80μg·ml-1(r=0.9995)和0.38~2.28 mg·ml-1(r=0.9998)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为99.98%和100.12%,RSD分别为1.14%和0.75%(n=9)。结论本方法操作快速,结果准确,专属性强,可用于复方丁香油涂剂中丁香酚和樟脑的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a UHPLC method for the simultaneous determination of eugenol and camphor in compound clove oil paints. Methods The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (58:42), detection wavelength of 285 nm, flow rate of 0.2 ml · min-1, and mobile phase HPLC on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (2.1 mm × 50 mm, 1.8 μm) Column temperature: 25 ℃. Results The eugenol and camphor had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 27.48-274.80μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9995) and 0.38-2.28 mg · ml-1 (r = 0.9998) respectively. The average recoveries of eugenol and camphor were 99.98% and 100.12% with RSDs of 1.14% and 0.75%, respectively (n = 9). Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and specific. It can be used for the determination of eugenol and camphor in compound clove oil paints.
