随着经济全球化发展的不断深入,我国职业教育的发展与转型也进入了新的时期,职业教育不能单独依靠学科的填鸭式教学模式,必须更加注重学生的人文思想教育,党的十八大提出:加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态。所以高等职业教育不仅仅是培养学生成为行业企业的优秀人才,更应首先培育其为人,笔者从辅导员工作的角度思考,希望探讨在思想政治教育工作中如何更好的加强人文关怀。
With the deepening of economic globalization, the development and transformation of vocational education in our country have also entered a new period. Vocational education can not rely solely on the spoon-fed teaching model of the discipline. We must pay more attention to the students’ ideological and humanistic education and the 18th CPC National Congress Put forward: to strengthen and improve ideological and political work, pay attention to humane care and psychological counseling, cultivate self-esteem self-confidence, rational calm, positive social mentality. Therefore, higher vocational education is not only to train students to become outstanding talents of industrial enterprises, but also to cultivate them first. The author thinks from the perspective of counselor’s work, and hopes to explore how to strengthen humanistic care in ideological and political education.
