在采矿作业过程中,经常会遇到多种不同的复杂地质,比如在软岩煤层中进行采掘作业时,会导致综采机械设备发生相关故障。因此,本文为了重点解决某煤矿深部煤层瓦斯赋存异常及含量高、压力大等问题,主要采用综合机械化开采方式对软岩保护层进行回采。在实际采掘作业过程中,机电设备故障多,为了保证设备正常运行,本文结合实际的机设备及煤机设备还有矿井周边地质环境等各种影响因素进行分析研究,从而制定了科学的事故防治对策。
In mining operations, often encounter a variety of different complex geology, such as mining operations in soft rock seam, it will lead to mechanical failure of fully mechanized mining equipment. Therefore, in order to solve the problems such as the abnormal occurrence of gas in deep coal seams and the high content and pressure of a certain coal mine, the paper mainly adopts comprehensive mechanization mining method to recover the soft rock protective layer. In the process of actual mining operation, there are many mechanical and electrical equipment failures. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, this paper analyzes and studies various influencing factors such as the actual machine equipment, the coal machine equipment and the geological environment around the mine, so as to formulate a scientific accident prevention Countermeasures.
