土壤盐碱化一直是制约河套灌区农业生产发展的主要障碍因素。灌区节水改造工程实施后 ,土壤盐碱化是否会进一步恶化 ?灌区合理的排灌比应该是多少 ?一直是人们所担心的问题。内陆干旱区干排水 (或非耕地天然垂直排水 )是灌区重要排水方式 ,根据这一客观事实 ,对灌区宏观的盐分均衡进行了分析 ,解释了灌区土壤盐碱化近些年有所改善这一事实 ,并提出节水改造实施后灌区合理的排灌比
