本文认为地勘单位企业化需要一个较长时间过程。须过环境、企业机体增生、环境再造这三个“关口”,经历混合体制阶段、准企业化阶段和企业化阶段等三个发展阶段。并从体制、资金运行、商品化程度、社会关联方式等四个方面对这三个阶段的特征和任务作了描述。进而对目前地勘单位企业化程度作了大体分析,提出了相互配套改革的对策。
This paper argues that the geological exploration units need a longer period of corporate process. Must pass the environment, the proliferation of business organizations, environmental reconstruction of the three “gateway”, through the mixed system stage, quasi-enterprise phase and the stage of enterprise development in three stages. The characteristics and tasks of these three stages are described in terms of system, operation of funds, degree of commercialization and social connections. Furthermore, the author analyzes the current degree of enterprise’s geology exploration and puts forward the countermeasures of supporting each other.
