实习是工科专业培养学生工程实践能力的重要教学环节。在实习过程中,车间环境嘈杂,对设备的讲解困难,设备内部结构及功能得不到深入了解;学生对复杂的工艺流程缺乏直观印象,难以掌握。Google SketchUp(简称SketchUp)是一专门针对设计过程的三维设计软件,本文提出了将SketchUp应用在复合材料工艺实习教学中的建议,并针对具体应用进行了讲解和论述。使学生更直观形象的了解复合材料工艺中的设备。
Internship is an important part of teaching engineering students majoring in engineering practice ability. In the process of internship, the workshop environment is noisy, the explanation of the equipment is difficult, and the internal structure and function of the equipment are not well understood. Students lack of visual impression of the complicated process and are hard to master. Google SketchUp (referred to as SketchUp) is a three-dimensional design software specifically for the design process. This paper presents the SketchUp application in composite materials technology teaching practice recommendations, and for specific applications were explained and discussed. Enable students to more intuitive understanding of the equipment in the composite process.
