小儿腹泻是一种发于5岁以下儿童的常见病,临床上患儿主要表现为腹痛、呕吐、发热、大便次数增多、粪便稀薄呈水样或蛋花汤样。常常可引发脱水、电解质紊乱和酸碱失衡等并发症。我院于2010年1月~2011年11月在常规治疗的基础上,外服用乳酸菌素片和B2,疗效满意,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选取我院2010年1月~2011年11月腹泻
