实体书店是传播科学文化知识、提升人民素质的重要的文化基础设施,也是推广全民阅读的重要平台,被誉为城市的文化地标和精神地标、读书人的精神家园。然而,2010年之后,实体书店经历了一个令人唏嘘的严冬—一批批知名实体书店纷纷倒闭。其实,实体书店的“倒闭潮”是全球性的,其根本原因在于数字化阅读的日益普及和网上发行阵营的不断壮大,中国的实体书店更是这场浪潮中的夹心层,率先凋零。
The physical bookstore is an important cultural infrastructure for disseminating scientific and cultural knowledge and enhancing the quality of the people. It is also an important platform for promoting reading for all. It is praised as the cultural home of the city, spiritual landmark and scholar’s spiritual home. However, after 2010, the physical bookstore experienced a very sad winter - a batch of well-known physical bookstores have closed down. In fact, the physical bookstore “closures ” is global, the fundamental reason is that the increasing popularity of digital reading and online distribution camp has grown, China’s physical bookstore is the sandwich layer in this wave, the first dying.
