2014年11月26日,广西一铭软件股份有限公司(简称一铭软件)在北京举办全国股份转让系统挂牌仪式。一铭软件是国产操作系统软件厂商中第一家在“新三板”挂牌上市的软件公司,同时也是南宁市第一家在“新三板”挂牌上市的软件公司。国家版权局、自治区版权局、南宁市委、南宁市政府、中国软件联盟、中国版权协会、中国智能终端操作系统产业联盟等相关领导出席了挂牌仪式。
On November 26, 2014, Guangxi Yi Ming Software Co., Ltd. (Yi Ming Software) held a listing ceremony of the national share transfer system in Beijing. Yi Ming Software is the first software company among domestic operating system software vendors to be listed on the “New Third Board” and the first software company listed in “New Third Board” in Nanning. Relevant leaders from National Copyright Bureau, Copyright Bureau of Autonomous Region, Nanning Municipal Party Committee, Nanning Municipal Government, China Software Alliance, China Copyright Association and China Intelligent Terminal Operating System Industry Alliance attended the ceremony.
