目的:研究心复宁Ⅴ号(XFN-Ⅴ)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)的保护作用及其机制。方法:应用大鼠 MIRI 模型,观察损伤后心肌组织缺血区超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性,脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量和心肌组织结构的变化及 XFN-Ⅴ对其的影响。结果:XFN—Ⅴ组心肌SOD、GSH-Px 活性明显升高,MDA 含量明显降低,与再灌组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01),且 XFN-Ⅴ升高 SOD 活性的作用优于辅酶 Q_(10)(P<0.05)。结论:XFN-Ⅴ可激活体内的抗自由基系统,对 MIRI 具有良好的保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect and mechanism of Xinfuning V (XFN-V) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats. METHODS: Rat MIRI model was used to observe the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in ischemic myocardium after injury. Lipid peroxidation of malondialdehyde (MDA) Changes in content and myocardial tissue structure and effects of XFN-V on it. Results: The activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the heart of XFN-V group was significantly increased and the content of MDA was significantly decreased. There was significant difference compared with reperfusion group (P<0.01), and the effect of XFN-V on SOD activity was better than that of reperfusion group. Coenzyme Q_(10) (P<0.05). Conclusion: XFN-V can activate anti-free radical system in vivo and has a good protective effect on MIRI.
