本文首先简要介绍尕斯油田原油集输方式,随着尕斯油田二次开采的不断深入,单井原油含水不断升高,原油温度同时升高,大量油井不需要加热就可以直接输送,个别油井油温低已经在井口安装加热器对原油进行了加热处理。尕斯油田开发已经进入二次注水开采阶段,地面流程是越来越复杂,原油集输系统改进势在必行,加之自动化程度低,本文提出了尕斯油田原油集输合理化建议就是单井原油就近进集输干线,井口计量,无线CDMA传输数据,远程操作,简化优化尕斯油田原油集输流程,新建自动化系统,努力降低工人的劳动强度。
