随着我国改革开放的深入,廉价劣质商品成为我国经济生活中的突出问题,一些厂商出于片面追求高额利润的目的,忽视产品质量,严重威胁到消费者的生命和财产安全,“中国制造”产品在国际市场上成为廉价劣质商品的代号。廉价劣质商品的出现和形成,有其深刻的历史和社会原因。首先,这是改革开放初期的必然产物,是经济发展规律的必经阶段。在改革开放持续深入的时候,产业转型的艰巨任务,不亚于初期开拓建设的困难。如何从劳动密集型产业,转向高科技产业、第三产业,如何从廉价低质商品转向高质优质产品,这是一个历史时期的重大选择。
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, cheap and inferior goods have become the prominent problems in our economic life. Some manufacturers, out of their desire for one-sided pursuit of high profits, ignore the quality of their products and seriously threaten the lives and property of consumers. “China Manufacturing ”products in the international market to become cheap inferior goods code. The emergence and formation of cheap inferior goods have their own profound historical and social causes. First of all, this is an inevitable outcome of the initial stage of reform and opening up and an inevitable stage in the law of economic development. As the reform and opening up deepened, the arduous task of industrial restructuring was as good as the initial difficulties in opening up and construction. How to shift from labor-intensive industries to high-tech industries and tertiary industries and how to shift from cheap and low-quality goods to high-quality and high-quality products is a major choice during the historical period.
