应用自主开发的离子电流检测和分析系统,在一台由柴油机改装而成的低热值气体燃料单缸发动机上开展了过量空气系数和转速对离子电流影响的试验研究。研究结果表明,低热值气体燃料发动机离子电流呈双峰,过量空气系数过大会使第二峰的峰值不明显。过量空气系数的增加会使离子电流的峰值下降,到达第一峰峰值的曲轴转角位置滞后。转速对离子电流的影响较小,转速的增加会使低热值气体燃料发动机离子电流的峰值略有增加。
The ion current detection and analysis system developed by ourselves is used to test the influence of excess air ratio and rotating speed on the ion current on a low calorific gas fuel single cylinder engine modified by diesel engine. The results show that the ion current of gas with low calorific value is doublet, and the excess air coefficient is too big, so that the peak value of the second peak is not obvious. The increase of the excess air coefficient will decrease the peak value of the ion current, and the position of the crank angle reaching the first peak will lag. The effect of rotating speed on ion current is small. The increase of rotating speed will slightly increase the peak value of ion current of low calorific gas engine.
