目的对氟哌酸涂膜剂抗绿脓杆菌感染的功效进行实验评价。方法SD大鼠36只,致成背部15%的Ⅲ度烫伤,创面涂布绿脓杆菌(ATCC-27853)菌液(1×109CFU/ml)。染菌后4h,创面用1%氟哌酸涂膜剂治疗,3/d,并以1%氟哌酸乳膏和生理盐水作为对照。在48h、120h两个时相点进行痂下组织细菌定量,同时做体外药敏试验。结果氟哌酸涂膜剂组菌量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),体外抑菌环明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论氟哌酸涂膜剂抗绿脓杆菌感染的功效强于氟哌酸乳膏。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of norfloxacin coating agent against Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. Methods Thirty - six SD rats were treated with 15% partial scald of 15% on the back. The wound was coated with bacterial liquid of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC-27853) (1 × 109CFU / ml). 4h after infection, the wounds were treated with 1% Norfloxacin coating, 3 / d, and 1% norfloxacin cream and saline as control. In 48h, 120h two hours phase scab tissue bacterial quantitative, at the same time in vitro susceptibility testing. Results The amount of norfloxacin coating agent group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). The inhibition zone in vitro was significantly larger than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Norfloic acid film coating agent against Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection is more effective than norfloxacin cream.
